By signing the consent form that we will send you, you consent to the research team collecting and using information about/from you for the research project. Any information obtained in connection with this research project that can identify you will remain confidential. Information collected or used will be stored as individually identifiable form and re-identifiable, meaning your real name will be replaced by a made-up name or pseudonym. In presentations, publications and other dissemination activities related to this research, data collected about you will be deidentified (that is, we will use the made-up name instead of your real name).
Your information will be used for the purpose of this research project and may be used in further projects involving members of the research team which may evolve from this one.
All records containing personal information will remain confidential and no information which could lead to identification of any individual will be released, unless required by law.
Only the research team will have access to the data in identifiable form. Audio-recordings of workshops and interviews will be deleted after transcription, analysis and publication activities have concluded. Other data collected during the research will be stored in an ongoing way (due to the heritage value of the material) by the research team as per arrangements set out in the ethics application (i.e. stored in offices and password-protected computers, share drives and hard drives).
